Store policies

Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed by the shop administrator. Download access is enabled only after an order is marked paid. Cancelled or refunded orders do not retain download access.

Product files may be used to create personal or commercial end products. The original PNG files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or offered as standalone downloads. A product listing may specify additional or different usage terms.

The shop stores the email address you provide, password-derived authentication data, session records, cart contents, orders, wishlists, and reviews. Data is stored on Cloudflare D1; purchased files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and are served only after an authorization check. Passwords are never stored as plain text.

Refunds

Because these are digital files, completed downloads are generally non-refundable. The shop administrator may approve a refund for duplicate orders, corrupted files, or a materially incorrect product description. Local consumer-protection rights still apply where required.
